Asl\u0131nda bunun nedeni, yetersiz bilgi sahibi ki\u015filerin kendi uzmanl\u0131k<br \/>\nalanlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlerden yola \u00e7\u0131karak az bilgiyle \u00e7ok<br \/>\n\u015fey s\u00f6yleme ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n bir sonucu olarak de\u011ferlendiriyorum. Alan yaz\u0131nda bu<br \/>\nolgu konusunda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yeterince bilgisi olmayan ki\u015filerin ilgili<br \/>\nkonularda daha fazla bilgisi olanlara nazaran daha \u00f6zg\u00fcvenli olduklar\u0131 kariyer ba\u015fmaklar\u0131n\u0131<br \/>\nbilgili ki\u015filerden daha h\u0131zl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karak yetkili pozisyonlara geldiklerini<br \/>\ng\u00f6stermektedir.
